Prices and promotions are subject to change, and may vary from those offered in our stores. We cannot confirm the availability or price of an item until you place your order. Despite our best efforts, sometimes an item on our site may not be available, the offer may have been misstated, or an item may be mispriced. For any of these, or other, reasons we may cancel your order or we may contact you for further instructions. Prices listed do not include freight, taxes, or duties, and are subject to correction or change without notice.

Payment Terms

• Associated Scaffolding Company Inc. accepts all major credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
• All orders must be paid in full with credit card payment confirmed before order can be processed and shipped.
• For customers with with an Account, payment terms are net 30 days from the invoice date. If customer fails to make payment within thirty (30) days, Associated Scaffolding Co. Inc. may defer shipments until such payment is made, or may, at its option, cancel all or any part of an unshipped order.
• Customers will be responsible for all fees regarding the collection of outstanding debts.

Secure Shopping

You can shop at associated-scaffolding.com with confidence. Our store is powered by the WooCommerce e-commerce platform using PayTrace as our credit card processor. Your data is stored through WooCommerce and PayTrace’s data storage, databases and applications. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

When making a credit card payment your card data will be stored by WooCommerce and the PayTrace system. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Return & Exchange Policy

Placing an order with Associated Scaffolding on our web site, by phone, or email signifies that you agree to the following conditions:

• Associated Scaffolding has a NO Return Policy.
• Some products may be exchanged within 15 days of shipment.
• If received in a new, resellable condition, the original product may be exchanged for a different size, color, etc. of the same product.
• We are not responsible for incorrect orders placed on your shopping cart.
• In order to exchange any item, you must call us at 1-800-768-2655 to receive a Return Authorization Number. Any packages without Return Authorization Numbers will be refused.
• You are responsible for shipping charges on all exchanges. We will pay for the shipping back to you on a replacement for a defective item. Please clearly mark the Return Authorization Number on the outside of your return package, include a copy of your invoice, and indicate the reason for your exchange. Exchange returns will not be processed without a Return Authorization Number and required information.
• Exchanges must be in new condition and have all packaging and original contents included. No exchanges will be given for items returned after 15 days.
• If your order was originally shipped under a promotional shipping rate, the return of that order will be subject to full shipping rates.
• Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded unless an incorrect item was shipped or an error was made on our part.
• Certain orders and products may not be exchangeable such as any Fall Protection Equipment, Ladders, Pump Jacks or Scaffold Planks.
• Return Exchange Authorization numbers are only valid within 15 days of issue.

Manufacturers’ Warranty
