Associated Scaffolding Company acquires Eastern Supply Corporation
| Associated Scaffolding Company has acquired Eastern Supply Corporation, a suspended scaffolding company based in Charlotte, North Carolina. This acquisition has allowed our Associated Scaffolding branch in Charlotte to add a large amount of swing stage scaffold equipment to our rental inventory in that region, as well as gain the knowledge and experience of the Eastern Supply employees, all of whom have been retained and are now based at our Charlotte location. The addition of equipment and staff will help our newest location in Charlotte, NC be the premier full-service source for swing stage equipment rentals and installations in this fast-growing region of North and South Carolina. |
