6th Annual First Responders Appreciation Breakfast

Associated Scaffolding was proud to have an opportunity to honor our local Police, Fire, EMS, and National Guard by sponsoring a table at the Durham Chamber of Commerce’s 6th Annual First Responders Breakfast. This event is held each year to recognize the sacrifices made on September 11, 2001.  The speaker this year was Dan Pfeifer, who’s brother Ray was a NYC Fireman who was at Ground Zero. In the years after the attacks, Ray Pfeifer was a tireless advocate for First Responders health concerns. Sadly, Ray succomed to ‘Ground Zero’ Cancer in 2017.  The Ray Pfeifer Foundation is a charitable organization that assists 9/11 police and firefighters with medical needs that their insurance won’t cover.  Associated Scaffolding is proud to recognize the bravery exhibited by all of our local first responders as they go about their daily jobs.
