Employee Spotlight: Clay Andrews
Community Spirit in Action! This past weekend, one of our Sales Specialists, Clay, had a meaningful opportunity to partner with the Ridgecrest Baptist Church Outdoor Ministries to provide much-needed relief to western NC in the wake of Hurricane Helene’s devastation. Alongside other dedicated volunteers, he traveled to the Bee Tree community just outside of Swannanoa, NC, where they delivered essential supplies to the Black Mountain and Swannanoa Fire Departments. The team brought along generous donations from the community, as well as $3,000 worth of personal protective equipment donated by Pyramex Safety Products, one of our main safety gear suppliers. In addition, Associated Scaffolding contributed drop cords and fuel cans to further support the local heroes in their recovery efforts. Thanks to the generosity of the community, the team also raised $1,400 to purchase heaters and propane tanks. The volunteers had the privilege of personally delivering these items, ensuring that our neighbors in western NC have the warmth they need as the nights get colder. It’s heartwarming to see how our community comes together in times of need. Together, we can make a difference and provide hope to those affected. Thank you to everyone who contributed to this important effort! |
